External Audit: First will be Interim Audit for vaild 6 months. From month 3rd to 6th, Company invite to Initial Audit for fullterm 5 years certificate. From month 24th to 36nd of initial date, Company invite for Intermidiate Audit. Then five year will invite for Renewal.

Internal Audit: After 3 months from interim audit ISM, ISPS, MLC date, Company carry out Internal Audit ISM, ISPS, MLC. Please note before carry out internal audit, the Master already send the review on SMS and SSO completed ship security assessment.

Superintendent Inspection: The Company’s monitoring activities are augmented by visits to ships to review the ship operations, monitor the standards of maintenance within the fleet, discuss any problems with the  Master and his staff and inspect the condition of hull and equipment. The Company’s representatives, when deemed necessary, shall make a short voyage with the vessel and in conjunction with any other duties, will observe the standards of safety and advice the Company of any required improvements and corrective actions. An annual inspection plan should be prepared, where all shore-staff inspections onboard are programmed; frequency of attendances should be at least twice per annum.

Navigation Audits and Assessments: would identify gaps in the procedures, people and equipment, thus leading to likely improvements and enhancements of the navigation process.

Mooring & Anchoring Audit: refers to inspections conducted to assess the safety and effectiveness of a vessel's mooring equipment and procedures, often using guidelines from MEG4, Anchoring Systems and Procedures. These audits aim to ensure compliance with best practices and minimize risks associated with mooring & anchoring operations. 

Cargo Audit: onboard to assess present cargo operation by evaluating company procedures and implementation onboard. Besides mainly observing human factor contributing to cargo operation; communication, leadership, implementation of company procedures, teamwork.

Engineering Audit: includes observing engineering practices and operations, assessing crew skills and teamwork, and identifying any needed training. The purpose is to ensure compliance with standards, evaluate performance, and promote best practices. Any non-conformities are identified and corrective actions assigned. Audits are to occur at least annually.

Beahaviour Assessment: to assess when seafarers are working either at sea or in a simulator assessing how they work together as teams. The soft skills assessment should be seen as an opportunity to improve everyone’s behaviour.
